Messy Equation of friendship
July 25, 2008 - Humid. Tiring. Utterly lazy day in La Salle. Days like this that would just make you go home and take a bath. Just one of the many detriments of living in a tropical country. so anyway, the whole point of the introduction is that, when days like this come I get demotivated to the 10th power. therefore, that very day - i skipped class. yes, i used the weather as an excuse. yes, i did it because 1) it's friday, anyway. 2) its tiring to look at the face of another tired student and 3) im gonna meet up with my bestie! hooray!!.. now shush. you ask too many questions just like my mom. (i love you mom :D)
so going back. i did meet up with my bestie for almost 7 years (yeah, im that patient when it comes to her abnormalities). we went to Robinson's, roam around, flirted (her fault), look for some unimaginable stuff, had fun at the toy store, check-out some laptops, went to a hardware shop and laugh and laugh and laugh like the picture below.
boo!... then we got hungry, so we roam around again and saw an ice cream kiosk. its just another "american-like" ice cream shops. the usual four seater tables, a neon ice cream sign and the checkered apron of the waiters/waitresses. and i bet if they have enough space, they will surely add a car seat - the one you saw in old movies where protagonists feed themselves with spoonful of ice cream while they drown themselves with sweet nothings.

we got so bored we made decided to hook up Pong with PangSee that dark blue cutie turtle? Rida gave this too me.. Hooray! She RARELY become normal and thoughtful, so im so touched..

what is the messy equation of friendship? does it really have an equation, in order for it to survive? what does it take to endure all the obstacles and all the negative vibes of the surrounding? i believe that friendship is like cooking. it needs all the ingredients needed like trust, respect, and affection. then you mix this all together until lumps and bumps are dissolve. lacking one ingredient would be useless. for what is friendship without trust, without respect and without affection?

For almost seven years now, i havent utter my words of thanks to you. Well let me take the chance to thank you for being one of the closest, most amazing, incredibly funny and hilariously flirty friend of mine. ive learned a lot of strategies, techniques, and everything importance about the art of flirting. more than that, i just want to thank you for being there when i needed you, for lending an ear,for scolding me and most of all for loving me for who i am. they say that in a relationship there are two year-glitches to be forewarned of: the two-year glitch, and the seven-year glitch. we have already survived the two year glitch, and i know that this seven-year glitch wont do harm to us. love you bessy. my hearts and hugs and wishes of luck to everything you do. im just around.

Singing Bee on a Saturday
From Council Meeting to Lunch dates to KTV...July 12, 2008 is one of my best Saturday ever!
(9 AM)this is how my Saturdays begin
(10 AM)hard working, arent we?
(11 AM)then i notice this little lady.
Grade school? nah... she's in COLLEGE
(12 NN)...then we got hungry
(12:15 PM)so i started eating swords
(12:20 PM)but it gave me indigestion
(12:30 PM)so i drew it out through my back
(ala Legend of Zelda)
(12:35 PM)i didnt know Joseph was fond of eating swords too!
Finally!! After all those information overloads and more grumbling of our tummy, the meeting was adjourned. So off we (me and Rinakins) go to Robinson's to grab some fully loaded lunch @ KFC. Ahhh1!! the sweet, smell of the mushroom soup and the look of the tempting brownies. More food were munched and more laughters bursts as Jo Ann and her boyfriend, Jay, joined us.
As we were about to leave the place, a voluptuous sexy chick followed by an eye-catcher lady walked in in the restaurant. Ah! My friends when I was still in the College of Nursing. So, I let my friends Rina, Jo Ann and Jay go as I join my friends, Kristel and Mia Erickah.

playing favorites
Today I came to realize that I have so many likes and loves. It didn’t occur to me before I started scanning the pictures I have taken. So this entry is all about my top (_) favorites, and the reason/s behind it. and yeah, there's SURELY more to come...Exhibit 1: Random pictures

i am genetically engineered to be addicted to chocolates. and I'll bet 90% (of whatever i have) I'm going to die of diabetes mellitus. well what can i do, i cant help it. i am conditioned to it just like Pavlov conditioned the dog to the ringing of a bell. hahaha.. i know i exaggerate a bit on that part. well what can i say? hmmm.. if I'm going to enumerate the reasons why i love chocolates my top ten reasons would be:

Exhibit 3: something new..
"Miss Demeanor"you see i am the number one of the word RANDOM. i always get excited about learning something new. my maturity is that of a 5-year-old. the fascination over novel things is surely unsuitable for my age. i wont take it against you if you think its a disadvantage when facing life's greatest battles but you see, this craving for something new has become a motivation to enjoy school. being carefree isnt that bad after all.
Exhibit 4: Long journey
"ang dalan pakadto sa baybay"i am a WanderWoman. i take to the heart the quote life is a joruney, not a destination. i am laidback and low-key, i like to take my time and savor each moment. if that means taking the long way to get somewhere, ill do it, especially if its packed with plenty of things to see along the way.
Exhibit 5: The I-love P.S. I Love You Series (the Book)
that book who stole my heart(and money too! i spent all my allowance for this!)
ooooohh!! i really really love this book (even though i have not yet finished reading it!). i just love everything about it. there is something about its plot and characters that made me love the book even if it has the usual, tragic-ending story. i could relate to Holly (the main character of the novel). we have the same childish attitude and for sure we have the same type of guy: understanding, patient, adventurous and mature. the type of guy who would cater and even control the mood swings and tantrums.
Exhibit 6: The I-love P.S. I Love You Series (the Movie)
Gerard Butler (my ultimate crush) with Hilary Swank hmmmm.. its the adaptation of the book. i fell in love with this one first before the book. i watched this film together with my sister. and in the whole duration of the film, i was either laughing or crying, crazy huh? although there are parts of the book that has been altered, like adding a new character, i can still say that the film director did justice to the product of art of ms. Cecilia Ahern. and oh! how i daydreamed for a few weeks to mean my Gerard Butler and my Jeffrey Dean Morgan or my own "Irish" men!

this shirt will always remind me of my friends from Nanyang, Singapore.. how i miss being called "Princess". i miss you guys and i love you all.. i cant express what i really feel inside in this blog.. reminiscing the moments with you guys is hard to do at this moment... i dont want another flash flood in Philippines! hahahah... but really.. i do miss you all and you will always have this space in my heart.

Wabby and RabbyMy ever comfy bedroom slippers! they ease my tired, calloused feet everyday. the mere thought that you have to wear heels (mine is 3 inches) 4x a week is already tiring.. my wabby and my rabby are my "foot spa".
Exhibit 10: From A to ZzZzZs
future teacher?who doesnt like restoring energy? i dont think a person like that exist. so just like now after this, i cant wait to make love WITH my bed.. take note: i said WITH not IN. two phrases conveys different meanings. the level of explicity really differs. Sleep is one of my favorite hobby. i get to face my nightmares bravely, all alone and i get to dream about everything i want plus my body rest from whole day of thinking and walking back and fro. loving sleep isnt a crime, fellow, but oversleeping is.
... and since i dont want to oversleep tomorrow, i end my blog entry for this day. i hope i didnt intimidate you (whoever you are! ^_^) in someways after al the things that i have shared. how about you? can you share to me what are your top 10 favorites? mail me, i'd like to hear it!
